Aramco delivers quarterly earnings growth; revenues exceed SAR 1.1trn in 9M-25

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) recorded net profits valued at SAR 283.58 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, an annual drop of 9.87% from SAR 314.65 billion.

The revenues declined by 5.92% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.17 trillion in 9M-25 from SAR 1.24 trillion, according to the financial results.

Likewise, the earnings per share (EPS) fell to SAR 1.15 as of 30 September 2025 from SAR 1.27 a year earlier.

Results of Q3-25

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, Aramco registered SAR 101.02 billion in net profit, down 2.27% from SAR 103.37 billion in Q3-24.

The oil giant posted 7.31% YoY lower revenues at SAR 386.17 billion in Q3-25, versus SAR 416.63 billion.

Quarterly, the earnings in Q3-25 hiked by 18.81% from SAR 85.02 billion in April-June 2025, while the revenues grew by 1.93% from SAR 378.83 billion.

Amin H. Nasser, President and CEO of Aramco, commented: “We increased production with minimal incremental cost, and reliably supplied the oil, gas and associated products our customers depend on, driving strong financial performance and quarterly earnings growth.”

“We announce higher sales gas forecasts, and we now target sales gas production capacity growth of approximately 80% between 2021 and 2030, capitalizing on advanced capabilities. Part of that is from our unconventional gas expansion at Jafurah, which attracted significant interest from global investors,” he added.

Nasser indicated: “Our deployment of advanced AI solutions and investment in digital infrastructure underpins this approach, and our plan to acquire a significant minority stake in HUMAIN is expected to further drive innovation and progress our role in the crucial and rapidly evolving AI sector.”

Cash Dividends

Saudi Aramco announced a base dividend to shareholders for Q3-25, in addition to the fourth performance-linked dividend to shareholders based on full-year results of 2024.

Total cash dividends amounted to SAR 80.12 billion ($21.37 billion) for 241.90 billion eligible shares.

Eligibility and payment dates will be 17 and 26 November 2025, respectively.
